Main features of diesel engine fire pump:

1 Automatic preheating: keep the diesel engine fire pump in a hot standby state to ensure emergency work;

2. Direct connection type: The diesel engine and the water pump adopted by the diesel pump unit below 360kw are directly connected by the elastic coupling, which reduces the failure points, greatly shortens the start-up time of the unit, and increases the reliability and emergency performance of the unit;

3. Automatic start: After the diesel water pump unit receives the fire alarm/pipe network pressure/power failure/or other start signals, it can start automatically within 15 seconds and be put into full-load operation;

4. Automatic charging: the battery can be automatically charged by the mains or diesel engine charging motor to ensure the smooth start of the unit;

5. Automatic alarm: automatic alarm protection for diesel oil pressure, high water temperature and other faults, alarm and stop when overspeeding.

    The pump body –the pump body is in the form of high-efficiency volute. The flange connection size is in accordance with UL448, FM1319, ANSI/ASME B16.1, ANSI/ASME B16.42, GB/T 17241.6(cast iron) and GB/T 9113.1(stee) PN1.6MPa, and can be used with the following standard flanges.: BS 4504:1989, ISO 7005.1:1992, DIN 2533:1976, ISO 7005.2:1988.

Oil bath lubrication or grease lubrication bearings are suitable for continuous 24-hour operation and medium temperature greater than 80 C. If grease lubricated bearings or oil lubricated bearings are selected, should inform us when ordering so as to provide more suitable products.· High degree of generalization of parts–The whole series only need 4 suspensions,4 pump shafts and 10 pump covers, which effectively improves the interchangeability of parts.
