A complete electric fire pump unit is a fire water supply equipment that combines a motor, fire pump, control cabinet, pressure instrument and related pipeline accessories. It is mainly used in industrial plants, commercial buildings, storage facilities and other fixed fire water supply systems. The equipment adopts an integral base installation form, and the water pump, motor and electrical control device are centrally arranged to form a pump unit with a relatively complete structure, which can reduce the coordination work caused by the scattered installation of different equipment on site and improve the efficiency of engineering supporting and installation. The equipment uses a motor as the driving power, and drives the water pump impeller to rotate through the motor, converting mechanical energy into pressure energy of the water flow, so that the water can be transported to the fire pipe network according to the design requirements, providing the necessary flow and pressure for fire hydrants, automatic sprinkler systems and other fire water facilities. The water pump and motor are matched according to the flow rate, lift and operating conditions required by the project, which helps ensure the coordination of power output and pumping performance. The equipment shown in the picture adopts a horizontal pump body and motor combination layout. The inlet and outlet water pipelines are connected to the external fire protection pipe network through flange interfaces, which facilitates installation and configuration according to the on-site pipeline direction. The supporting control cabinet is centrally arranged with electrical control components, operating buttons and status indication devices. Manual and automatic control functions can be configured according to the design requirements of the fire protection system to realize the management of the start, stop and operating status of the water pump. By cooperating with pressure sensors or related pressure detection devices, the control system can obtain the pressure signal of the pipe network and perform corresponding operations according to the preset control logic to provide support for the automatic operation of the fire pump unit. The pressure gauge is used to visually display the pressure of the relevant pipelines to facilitate daily inspections and operating status inspections by staff. The control cabinet can also be equipped with corresponding short circuit, overload, overcurrent and other protection components according to the motor power, electrical design and project requirements to improve the safety and maintainability of the electrical system operation. The unified matching of water pumps, motors, control cabinets and pressure instruments helps reduce the selection and connection coordination between different equipment, making the functional configuration of the entire equipment clearer. The base structure facilitates the overall positioning and fixation of the equipment, and also facilitates on-site connection of water suction pipes, outlet pipes and cables. According to actual fire protection engineering requirements, the equipment can also be equipped with check valves, gate valves, flexible joints, pressure sensors and other pipeline accessories to meet the connection and operation needs of different fire protection pipe networks. For fire protection systems that require main and backup pump configurations, electric fire pumps can also be used in combination with diesel backup pumps and pressure stabilizing pumps to form a complete fire water supply solution that meets project requirements. During actual selection, it is necessary to comprehensively consider the design flow, head, pipe diameter, water source conditions, power supply parameters, installation space and applicable standards of the fire protection system, and reasonably determine the water pump model, motor power and control cabinet configuration to avoid mismatch between equipment parameters and on-site working conditions. After the equipment is put into use, the operating status of the motor, water pump seals, bearings, flange connections, valves and electrical components should be regularly checked in accordance with maintenance requirements. At the same time, confirm that the control functions and pressure detection devices are working properly to ensure that the pump unit remains in good standby condition. With the matching drive of water pump and motor, centralized electrical control, pressure instrument monitoring and overall base installation structure, the complete electric fire pump set can provide a relatively complete equipment configuration for fixed fire water supply projects, taking into account pumping performance, operation management, on-site installation and later maintenance requirements.
