The containerized fire pump station features a prefabricated, modular design that integrates fire pump sets, power equipment, control systems, water supply piping, and auxiliary components into a self-contained container structure, forming a complete fire water supply unit suitable for industrial sites, logistics warehouses, ports, energy facilities, and large-scale infrastructure projects. Unlike traditional on-site fixed pump stations, this containerized structure decouples equipment installation from the main building construction, thereby reducing the coordination efforts typically associated with on-site civil works and the scattered layout of equipment. The unit shown utilizes a large, enclosed container with a neat, unified structure; its interior can be configured—based on specific project requirements—with electric and diesel fire pumps, jockey pumps, control cabinets, pressure monitoring devices, valves, and inlet/outlet piping, creating a coordinated system for power drive, water supply, pressure management, and operational control. As the core hydraulic component, the fire pump can be selected from various configurations—such as end-suction, single-stage centrifugal, horizontal split-case, or multi-stage pumps—to meet the specific supply demands of different fire-fighting networks through the precise matching of flow rate, head, and motor or diesel engine power. The interior employs a centralized piping layout that organizes suction and discharge pipes, valves, and fittings efficiently; this minimizes complex on-site interconnections, clarifies flow paths, and facilitates subsequent installation, commissioning, and inspection. The control cabinet enables automatic or manual pump operation and, in conjunction with pressure gauges and sensors, monitors network pressure to inform operational management; additionally, if a diesel backup pump is included, the independent diesel power source ensures a reliable backup water supply. The enclosed container provides a dedicated, protected space for the internal equipment and can be outfitted with appropriate ventilation, lighting, thermal insulation, or environmental control systems to suit local climate conditions and specific requirements for ventilation, heat dissipation, and maintenance. Prefabricated equipment undergoes assembly and inspection prior to leaving the factory; upon arrival at the site, work is primarily limited to foundation positioning, connection of inlet and outlet piping, electrical wiring, and system commissioning, thereby reducing on-site assembly labor and enhancing deployment efficiency. Depending on the specific fire pump product series, the system can be configured for flow rates of approximately 30–9,000 GPM and discharge pressures of approximately 3–20 bar; exact parameters are determined based on pump type, power configuration, fire protection design, and on-site water source conditions. By integrating containerized structures, equipment, and prefabricated piping, containerized fire pump stations offer flexible solutions for projects where traditional pump house construction is constrained, centralized equipment deployment is required, or on-site construction conditions are complex, facilitating standardized layout, convenient installation, and simplified maintenance of fire water supply equipment.
