EDJ is composed of electric pump, diesel pump,Jockey pump and Fire Pump Control Panel. We can helpyou to assemble it according to the type of pump you choose.

Fire pump control panel is the pump system brain that designed to control and monitor the operation of the Electric, Diesel and Jockey
pumps drivers, and makes up pumps for both Manual & automatic models, as well as turns pumps drivers ON/OFF under specific condi-
tions.

The flow head, pressure and other parameters of the diesel pump are the same as those of the electric pump. The electric pump casing is made of cast iron or stainless steel impeller, also copper.

The jockey pump is a vertical pump type, with different technical parameters. It is usually a small flow, and its lift is higher than that of an electric or diesel pump.

In modern fire protection systems, rapid response to fire incidents is crucial for safeguarding life and property. The Pressure Stabilization and Dual-Function Pump System integrates powerful pressure regulation with dual power sources to ensure that the fire protection system quickly responds and maintains a continuous, stable water supply during emergencies.

This pump system is designed with two power sources—an electric motor and a diesel engine. When the primary power source fails, the diesel engine automatically starts, ensuring uninterrupted operation of the fire protection system even during power outages. Its pressure stabilization system automatically adjusts pressure during operation, ensuring stable water flow for fire suppression and preventing water interruptions due to insufficient or fluctuating pressure, ultimately improving firefighting efficiency.

The intelligent control system further enhances the efficiency of the pump system, allowing users to monitor the system’s status in real-time through a touch panel. The system is easy to operate, and any malfunction is quickly detected and alarms are triggered, activating backup systems to effectively prevent emergency issues caused by system failure.

This pump unit is ideal for applications in high-rise buildings, industrial zones, storage facilities, and other locations with high reliability requirements for fire protection, ensuring that the fire pump can be immediately activated and continue to supply water in any emergency.

Installing fire pumps requires careful planning and adherence to specific precautions to ensure proper functionality and compliance with safety standards. Here are some important precautions to consider during the installation process:

Compliance with Codes and Standards: Familiarize yourself with local fire codes, regulations, and industry standards applicable to fire pump installations. Ensure that the installation meets the requirements of organizations such as the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and local authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs).

Professional Installation: Fire pump installations should be carried out by qualified professionals experienced in fire protection systems. Engage licensed contractors or fire protection engineers who specialize in fire pump installations. They possess the necessary knowledge and expertise to ensure a correct and safe installation.

Proper Location: Choose an appropriate location for the fire pump installation. Consider factors such as accessibility, proximity to water sources, electrical connections, and suitable drainage. The location should allow for easy maintenance and serviceability. Follow the manufacturer’s guidelines regarding clearance requirements and proximity to other equipment.

By following these precautions, you can ensure a safe and effective installation of a fire pump system. Proper installation is critical for the system’s performance, compliance with regulations, and the overall safety of the facility and its occupants. Consult with fire protection professionals and refer to relevant codes and standards throughout the installation process.
