Fire equipment operation process

A: Fire alarm
a system self-test: carry out related operations.

B: Fire pump
a Automatic start: The fire pump control cabinet is in the “automatic” position. When “fire danger”, the “fire hydrant alarm box” alarm is broken on the floor, the linkage cabinet emits an audible and visual alarm, and the fire pump automatically starts.
b Manual start: Select “Auto/Manual” on the fire pump control cabinet and put it in the “Manual” position. Press the start button to start the fire pump “Manually”.

C: spray pump
a) Automatic start: The spray pump control cabinet is in the “automatic” position. When the floor fires, the sprinkler head bursts. The water flow action linkage cabinet emits an audible and visual alarm, and the spray pump automatically starts.
b) Manual start: Put the “Auto/Manual” selector switch on the spray pump control cabinet in the “Manual” position and press the start button to “manually” start the spray pump.

Daily maintenance of fire fighting equipment

A. The electric and mechanical supervisor shall formulate the “Fire Equipment Inspection and Maintenance Plan Form” for the next year in December, and formulate the medium repair and overhaul plan according to the equipment operation.
B. The central control room equipment is repaired and maintained by the central control room maintenance worker.
C. Fire equipment must be restored to its original state after repair, and the original equipment and lines must not be changed at will.
D. The maintenance room of the central control room shall be repaired and maintained according to the requirements of each maintenance plan, and the maintenance and repair status shall be recorded in the corresponding records.
E. Any failure of the central control room equipment that occurs at night and does not affect the user's life and work, and can cause serious consequences, can be repaired by the early shift control room maintenance worker.
F. The fault repair of the equipment in the central control room is generally no more than 8 hours. If the fault cannot be solved within 8 hours, the cause of the fault and the time of resolution should be reported to the management office for a limited time.
